How do I make a purchase?
We have created a simple system for ease of use by the customer, simply find what you would like to purchase, click the add to cart button. When you have finished shopping for all your items then simply proceed to checkout by clicking the view basket button at the side of the screen. Once you are on the basket page just tick the shipping method you require and push the go to checkout button, you can then enter your payment and delivery details as required.

Why are your prices so low?
This is due to the fact that we buy from our suppliers in very large quantities and, as we are an online business we can operate with very low overheads. This means we can beat most other retailers on price.

Do you stock any branded equipment EG. Shakespeare?
Yes we supply some hand picked branded equipment, but we feel that a lot of the time you pay extra money for the brand name, yet are receiving no better quality of goods. All our own goods are checked individually and by hand for quality. We pride ourselves in our very high standards. All our own products are unique to Highland Fishing Tackle Supplies.
For Example: We even go as far as choosing how many strads of tinsel are placed in our Hoki and feather rig's. All our own products are designed and tested by fishermen for fishermen!

Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately for security reasons all orders must be placed via our secure online website at www.highlandtackle.co.uk We apologize that we cannot accept telephone orders. However, you are more than welcome to call us or email us and we will try our best to answer any questions or queries you may have.

Why do I need an account?
By creating an account with us next time you buy from us it makes the whole process a lot quicker and easier for you. Also you can check the progress of your orders on line, check your order history, and print out invoices.

Can I collect my purchase?

We are a mail order company and as such collections are very rare, however if you do live locally and wish to collect your order please contact us outwith this website, our details can be found on the Contact page.

Why haven't you replied to my email yet?
We aim to answer emails within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. Please be patient as we are a fairly small company and therefore do not have the resources to dedicate an online team. 

Can I have my goods delivered to another address?
